OpenAI’s “DeployCo” — a $4 billion consulting army

Not content with selling subscriptions, OpenAI launched a majority-owned consulting subsidiary — DeployCo — backed by TPG, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Capgemini, and 14 other firms to the tune of $4 billion. The model: embed engineers directly inside your company, Palantir-style, and don’t leave until the ROI is measurable. Translation: they’re coming for Accenture’s lunch. Accenture shares fell ~3% on the news. Coincidence? Probably not.

The 128-page report is as thorough as it is damning.

He’s calling for global regulation, independent oversight bodies, and warning that humans risk starting to see themselves as mere data.
